All of our machines are backed by a 1 year complete machine* replacement warranty. In the unlikely case that the machine breaks and becomes non operational we will repair it or replace it with a brand new machine.

Machines that have been misused or ignored safe operation requirements will be exempt.

If the machine cannot be repaired in a timely manor it will be replaced.

When available loaner machines will be sent while repairs are taking place.

This warranty does not cover any wear parts such as: carbon brushes, heat elements, rubber air dam, silicon tires, motor chain, etc.
* The term “Machine” includes all hot air welders and wedge welders. Accessories shipped with our machines or purchased separately such as cases, nozzles, adjustment tools, etc are not included.
